You can use a tin opener to get into these quite successfully.

I've finally come to terms with the fact people like to film / take blurry photos on their phones during concerts, I don't like it but I can see it's not going away.

However this was rekindled on my rage-scale at the weekend by people not only filming but doing so while having those annoying cases that flip over the front of the phone. This meant that the footprint of the device was doubled as they captured their grainy movie with terrible sound or in a couple of cases livestreamed onto Facebook for an audience of 1 or less.

On the plus side I found out the unlock code / pattern for 10+ devices so should I fall on hard times a career as a phone thief may be slightly easier than anticipated.

While on the concert theme - people who leave their spot at the venue to visit the bar, toilet, bar, toilet, bar, toilet constantly but expect hundreds of other people to suddenly become invisible as they force their way back to their previous position.

And glove puppets at concerts... and pictures of the lead singer being held aloft only for him to tell them to put it down because it's annoying to the people behind and he can't see it without his glasses anyway.

But people mainly as always, it's always the people causing me annoyance.

Leanne Woods - the Plaid leader.

Switch on the Radio this am - there she is 'warning' that Welsh nationalist interests need to be front and centre when dealing with Brexit.

I find warnings issued in the lilting Welsh format carry little to zero threat. Quite apart from the simple fact that Ms Woods is not the leader of any assembly and therefore not really in a threatening position, but hey-ho that's the way of our World.

Perhaps tomorrow we'll hear from the Isle of Sheppey Independence Council, or the Gt Yarmouth Free State.
Cornish spokespersons on yesterday revealing that Cornwall has it's own flag, own song, two political parties, etc. , and how about a bit of devolution/recognition/more cash down this way please.

More cash for Cornwall. Ahahahahahahahahahaha. The same Cornwall which voted out of the EU, and promptly lost its EU funding. They can fk off.

They can print of their songs, on the background of their soppy flag, roll it up, stick it where the sun don't shine and set fire to it.

Other than that, it's a great place. Kernow bys vyken, I think they say.

On RadMac on 6Music today Guy Garvey of Elbow was telling how he took someone's phone, who was on Facetime to his young daughter showing her the concert, and talked to her & gave her a tour of the stage....which I thought was quite sweet.
Doesnt make the phones aloft(or tablets FFS!) any less annoying

Bottle of truckers tizer aimed at phone should enforce consideration.

Fcensoredking cyclists!

Specifically the one that clunked my alloy wheel with a pedal, and the bodywork with a brake lever. Two gert big scratches on the car now. The little fecker even bent down to closely inspect his handywork, before nonchalantly walking away to lock his bike up. He had a second look when he walked back past the car to get to the door, too.

Worst of all? This all happened on my own fking driveway!!!

Oh. Yeah. I remember now. The dumb-ass cyclist who stupidly rode his bike between the car and the house instead of getting off and pushing it to the garage was me... frown

People who say "pissed" when they mean "pissed off". This isn't the USA. "Pissed" here means "drunk".

Ditto saying hood / trunk etc.

Caused by stupid idiots watching too many crap US tv shows. Dweebs.

They're not foreign words, they're English words used in a non-English way by gullible people whose language is influenced by the huge numbers of trashy US tv shows they watch.

Anyway, I don't need a reason to be annoyed by it, as per thread title.

People who add the phrase "dot com" to the end of a sentence.

"Those documents will be delayed dot com"
"Can you explain this Excel sheet? I'm confused dot com"
"Remember at the last sales meeting when [colleague] was mullered dot com"

All the same person.

Punch yourself in the face dot com.
