Now we're getting somewhere.

Then demand you're 1/3rd of a donkey to be delivered before Christmas.

You find yourself at that point in your life when you have a spare £250 per month, I mean after all bills paid and the usual dinners out and holiday savings ect. So what do you do with it?
Do you move house? Do you get a new car? No point saving it as you already have savings that you don't touch & pension is sorted.
So what would you do with your £250 per month?
Women, motorcycles, beer.

What fun does a BTL give you
I'm assuming BTL in this case isn't Big Titted Lady otherwise I don't know why you'd need to ask

Just have some fun with it and regularly treat yourself to a load of new man toys. A mountain bike, Go Pro, BBQ, gym weights, vespa, fine whisky, theatre/gig tickets, shooting lessons. You know, just stuff you'd put in a man cave etc. Like you say, £250 isn't going to change your life so you may as well just have some fun with it!

If I was saving £250 a month and only had £2,500 after one year, I'd be asking what happened to the other £500...
Isn't that how pensions work?

Go diving , buy diving toys, new drysuit after a few months stuff like that.

stick any extra not spent on that for a rebreather when I get round to it, or even spend the £250 on the HP for the Rebreather.
