Have you come across a rare or eye-catching example of a 911or a Carrera GT whilst on your day to day travels and managed to to grab a photo? Well the sole purpose of this thread is for like minded Porsche lovers to post their discoveries. There are so many fantastic and unusual cars out there that don't get the recognition or exposure they deserve, so let's do our bit and share our sightings with the rest of the community.

Gorgeous 16 plate purple GT3RS at the BP station on the A14 near Newmarket at 6.45am today. On the way to a Snetterton track day? There was an M3 on a trailer too in that metallic mustard colour.

2 GT3 RS's spotted in the Brentwood / Shenfield area recently, last weekend an orange one and this morning a blue (possibly miami) on the school run in the drizzle, I got a bit excited much to the bewilderment of the 14 year old daughter

Stunning Carrera GT drove past me and my 6 year old boy on Hewell Road, Redditch around 2pm today.

Looked & sounded incredible.

Huge respect to the driver who slowed down and moved over to allow my boy & I to walk safely on the very narrow path. No one else did.

If your Porsche is safely tucked up in it's heated garage until spring look away now! I spotted this on display at the Historic Monte Carlo Rally passage control in Banbury on Thursday.



I know that many may think that this isn't a real Porsche but pretty rare to see these days but being used with enthusiasm.

Spotted in France on the way back from the Alps - number plate says GT3, but think it's a 997 GT2.. lucky bugger anyway with a Cayenne and 911 to boot.
Wasn't hanging about on the Autoroute either..
