Is there a doctor in the house?

I seem to have fallen into an odd cycle of being awake for long periods at night and as a result, knackered in the day time.

By the time I get back to bed the following evening though, I don't feel tired.

I went to bed at 10.30 last night and was still awake at 4am. I think I may have dozed off around 5 but the alarm went off at 6 and I was already awake. Friday, Saturday & Sunday, I was awake at 3am.

How long will it last?

Only for a few years, it happens to a lot of women around your age. The upside is that once its passed, you'll no longer have to use contraception.
