I am back from a self enforced PH break - No reason, just needed to spend less time on the interweb.

I've been to Le Mans, am happy with my new girlfriend (which is a lot more public than it was) and generally life is good (apart from a level of clumsiness that is about the same as a drunk fella).

Good LM, pics, JTW! thumbup
(I was there too, along with >250k others, I know...)

I shaved my beard off last Weds before I came to work. My staff only noticed today. I guess they don't look at me... frown
- but I notice when the ladies that work for me dye their (greying wink ) hair, although I'm always saying it as a compliment, like, "Your new hairdo looks lovely..." smile

Thanks.

It was great. Apart from getting piss wet through at the start. Epinette was a brilliant camp site - I'd stay there again smile

I was sat on the patio by the food/bar on the way up to Dunlop.

It was a tad moist, despite my allegedly waterproof jacket I had to return to camp and change every bit of clothing I was wearing.
We ended up in Houx this year, good site but not quite as good as Maison Blanche, the main difference is that you can see the track from MB

Saw a left-hooker Clio V6 when I popped to the supermarket. Had a good little chat with the owner about them. I am growing a bit soft for gallic weirdness.

Well i just had one of the more fked up evenings for this year...

Im was halfway through an evening class at the office when the ex calls, she'd locked herself out of her place, but our 2 year old kid was still inside (and unable to open the door). She'd also locked her phone in there, so went to some neighbours, and only remembered my number, so called me. I gave her her slightly more recent ex's number (the guy in who's house she is still living right now), who is in possession of the only key not locked inside the house..

I call back 15 minutes later, dude refuses to come and help out, his work is too important etc.. so he thinks someone should just drive an hour to him to get the key etc.. At this point she isnt considering calling the police to help out, but i have little enough fate that i drop my evening class and head out. By the time i get there the police just broke a window to get in, and my kid's been in there for nearly two friggin hours. Apparently the other dude even said to the cops that they should just drive out for the key etc.. rather then knock a window in.. fking tosser.

And i get hear all the whining and anxiety from my ex etc...

fk her, fking bullst, the entire fking point of us splitting up was so i wouldnt need to deal with her god damn bullst all the fking time, but apparently she is so fking incompetent she cant just break a fking window her fking self... fk

Now that is out of my system, time for a beer

Normal vitorio service shall resume shortly

Yuck! i despise anything starting with diet

Had a Leffe triple earlier, might have a quick sip of something stronger before bed to really hit the pillow hard..

Just played another level of doom, im loving how much i can identify with Doomguy, in other games when i see an obvious big battle coming ill try to be all tactical and gain and advantage, here i just jump in and fk st up until there is nothing left to shoot or rip to shreds

Thanks. I had rivers of water running in to my shorts for the first two hours of the wet race.

I wasn't amused.
