On the Fiat Forum ,there's a "like" button.

I get a lot of likes for posting about my adventures in said comedy Fiat....cool

ION.....got NCIS Los Angeles on the tv ,the geeky girl is well cute....actress name Renee Felice Smith.

As does having ketchup or mustard or brown sauce on your sausages

See also Worcestershire Sauce in your Bloody Mary. And it's got tomatoes in it.

So a Bloody Mary, with sauce is 3 of my 5 + the Choccy Orange is 4, then if I have a Sausage Roll with Mustard thats my 5 a day sorted.

Excellent. Maybe a new thread of recipes & diet tips to replace the one thats disappeared?

5 a day? So why does Dr Haribo tell me I have to stick to 21 a week? That's the difference between 35 & 21 which is 14.

Two pints of Absinthe a day? Oh dear, I'm confused now.
