Typical nothing happens for ages then get two events clash on the same day. Booked a day off work then get invited to Eight Members Club. Normally I wouldn’t be too bothered but it’s the Moorgate one with the rooftop terrace which I quite fancy. Bugger

had a towbar fitted to my car and bought a trailer.

although towing stuff is secretly exciting at the moment.
Won't be long and you can come and join us in the caravan thread biggrin
thats probably the plan next year ! the trailer is purely to make going camping easier: my wife seems to really need the kitchen sink on holiday.

although so far Ive used it for shifting great logs in to stock on wood for my multifuel stove.

I cannot reverse it for toffee.

I'm losing man points every time I try.
Do it - it's brilliant!

I start FOS on Saturday, for 6 weeks, before popping over to Farnborough for a month.

It will be a summer of big boys toys smile

I went into the spare bedroom today to open the window.

Might go in there again later to close it again.

E46 330 Convertible.

Very well looked after...and damn near immaculate condition with only 54k on the clock.

The E46 is my IMO the better looking of the 3 series BMW's...Later models (which I've owned) are getting too soft around the edges (cosmetically) for my taste. The E46 is a good balance of curves and lines....And the 3.0l straight six makes a pleasing noise.
It's not as quick as I'm used too but that wasn't the point..I wanted a well cared for soft top cruiser.

A darn good choice. My wife has put a prerequesite of us having newer cars at this stage of our life to try and minimize unforseen bills that can come with age, but had she not I would probalbly be drving a 6-cylinder E46 of some flavour right now.

Nice car! might not be the ideal track weapon, but a straight 6 soft top for cruising around in summer must be terribly nice!

Not ideal in the slightest. I did buy a track only car last year but I didn't really have the inclination to do anything with it so I sold it.....For a profit, which never happens.
