It'll be a her in all cases hehe but yeah, stick her in a box with a shipping label marked "cloggyland" on it, should sort it out.

Currently debating what frivolous toy to pick up for myself in celebration of the small pay raise.. current contestants are a €40 windows tablet (for collecting dus.... eh i mean playing old windows only games) or more lego technic to feed the collection of race-cars currently on display.

Take a cousin to work day has had to wait. Also kidnapping Clive next door. No, I'm in the services with a small latte and croissant. If I'm honest, it's a large latte. This is because when I asked, the young lady said there was a deal whereby I could have a croissant and a large latte for less than with a small latte. Stand by for me tipping the planet's scarce resources down the drain.

She's got a very deep voice...confused

I packed her off to Dover in the back of a Dutch lorry.

She'll be fine.

A nice weekend would be welcome.

ION found this in the scrap metal bin at work.

A 007 tin,no idea what it contained originally.

It can go with all the other carp at home.

I've been reading the prepping thread, it's got me worried. I've bought a shotgun and hired a 5 ton digger for a week. Time to prepare my bug out shelter and start stock piling tampons ( the agreed post apocalypse universal currency ).

The RRS probably failed MOT in such a spectacular way that it made no economic sense to repair it, and now he can finally free himself from RR ownership hehe

Do tell us Impasse, what sensible non-breakdown of a car did you buy to replace the RRS?

I replaced it with one identical to the one I had yesterday, only this one has a years MOT with no advisories and a glowing report from the workshop where they check it over to see how much extra work they can generate for your safety.

Smugly pleased. biggrin

That description of the work needed to sort the handbrake thingy is deserving of a medal on its own.....clap

Doing the computery stuff for the handbrake is relatively straightforward as it's just clicking away at the laptop and the process makes sense as all you're doing is replicating the actions of a normal handbrake as you would when fitting new cables.

But fitting the actual box itself was very unpleasant wholly due to it being mounted above the rear diff and the subsequent inaccessibility. A small access hatch under the rear seat would be just awesome - I'll get out my grinder for next time! biggrin

I took the hired V40 back and my mate lent me a Nivara, jesus it is a tank with white paint.

Do like the reverse camera in the rear veiw mirror though.

Ye Compleat Bonde - up to and including Brosnan. As the spines don't quite meet I guess I've lent a couple to miscreants who haven't returned them.
