Attended the Glasgow Hydro last night and 2 people got squished...

Thankfully nothing too serious we're led to believe.

Strangely (or not), quite a few of the ensuing lower-speed stunts seemed to be discernibly 'edgy' in their execution/completion.....

After a throwaway comment while chatting with my daughter's flatmate the other day, I've just started to use the milk steamer function of my coffee machine. (Only had the thing for five years.)
It's no Costa/Cafe Nero/Starbucks, despite buying a bag of Costa beans, but it's pretty good and a vast improvement on previous Cups of Joe.

I did something extremely stupid/brave today, I went to the gym for the first time in about 18months, I am a bit limited what I can do at the minute but I did manage 10k on the bikes and 2k on the treadmill.
