What is a 'top down' gesticulation?

It's difficult to describe but he waved his hands over his head, sort of.

you needed to be there.

I didn't have time to wave back.

Perhaps he was just nuts.

Just saying.

(Could someone remind me how to make that into a link? Terminal brain fade.)

It is the one I thought, love that video.

I saw a different fiat of the same era at goodwood 15yrs ago or so, impressed me by drifting it around the forst corner going up the hill

Right-click on the address bar in your browser, this should both highlight the web address and give you a box of options. Click "Cut" and then "paste" it into the reply box here. I suspect you might have inadvertently missed off one character from it or something?

I love that Fiat S76. We need heroic loons like Duncan Pitcairn who are willing to spend years of their lives restoring such utter white elephants, even if it means re-manufacturing half of it from scratch. I was stood a couple of yards from it when they started it in the pits at the FoS this year. The effect is... well, profound

Instead of cut and paste I did copy and paste. It reads the same. Just didn't work.

Use [ url ] and then [ / url ] but without the spaces.

The 'formatting help' on the top left of the reply box is useful for reminding yourself, I don't even bother to try and remember them to be honest.

Yep, do the [url] thing like Alex says. PH has recently lost the ability to automatically insert links across some platforms. The hamsters need more coal, or something.

ION, thar she blows! Extra glue required for one's toupee today. (Met Office forecasts are available online too.)

Shoulder is fking killing me today...stupid cervical spondylosis. ION KaraK-cat is off to the vet's after work as I need to get them to have a look at a little wound on the back of her neck, it's almost certainly nothing but what can I say I'm a bit of a worry-wort when it comes to the little tyke.
