Googled it. Harold Wilson.
Shocked to realise only Tory PMs have ever been knighted after looking at this:

Not true. The Labour PM's (in recent times) have just chosen not to use the title. Both Callaghan and Wilson for instance were Knights GarterShocked to realise only Tory PMs have ever been knighted after looking at this:

Wilson for me.
It used to be customary for all retiring PMs of whatever party to be given an Earldom but MacMillan was the last. Douglas-Home, Wilson, Callaghan and Thatcher were given life peerages, whilst Heath and Major declined and were (are in JOHN's case) 'just' Knights of the Garter.
Churchill was twice offered a Dukedon but declined, and was also a Knight of the Garter.
Interestingly, Clementine Churchill, Denis Thatcher and Norma Major all received titles in their own right
