2016 Weather at LMS

Cant remember it being 30 last year, not been anywhere near that since 2006 ! but I can remember us struggling on Friday night (poss Thursday night) at about 1am-2am trying to keep the heavy wind and rain from ruining out tarpaulin cover. Got photos of us drying our clothes on the gas fire the next day too and the long term forecast predicted that...............
Hot. Damn hot! Real hot! Hottest things is my shorts. I could cook things in it. A little crotch pot cooking." Well, can you tell me what it feels like. "Fool, it's hot! I told you again! Were you born on the sun? It's damn hot! I saw - It's so damn hot, I Vision little Nissan guys, their three wheeler burst into flames. It's that hot! Do you know what I'm talking about." What do you think it's going to be like in the evenings? "It's gonna be hot and wet! That's nice if you're with a lady, but it ain't no good if you're in Le Mans."

This is how it started - Top notch reporting, Kiters! I seem to remember it was very pleasant, except a couple of storms that felt like the end of the world. Trust the cat! Then cat 1 noticed tent and circled around tent sniffed at the back end walked around the front............
And................
SCORCIO in at the front!!!!

Tent went up for test erection Saturday cats ignored as usual so as per tradition barby went on and beers opened.
Then something strange happened cat 1 (always the predictor) sat in a “I am going to kill this tent” position and made a dart into the tent……………………………. Wait for it……………………………………………
In at the front
Now usually said cat just saunters in takes look and walks out, this “kill” type behaviour is very unusual, so the predication rule book came out to see what the result could be.

Rule # 567
Cat goes into a kill positioning at front of tent and makes a quick dart in and out via the front opening.
Results: ULTRA SCORCHIO!!!!!
Advice: Care must be taken as this will be a mega hot one take plenty of fluid and use copious amounts of sunscreen
