The 2016 summer and thunder thread
Discussion
Temps start to climb now - we should be hitting low 20s in the South on Sunday. After that a gradual climb up to 26oC or so in the SE, with above 20oC across England and Wales for Friday.
High humidity likely and a clash of cold air from Scandinavia and warm air from the South should be capable of impressive fireworks.
After the heat, it starts getting very difficult to predict in to the following weekend. Could be an Atlantic onslaught, but a small chance of keeping hold of the summer.

When you're under one of those supercells, it is constant noise. Really quite amazing. http://en.blitzortung.org/live_dynamic_maps.php?ma... Think thats a biggie
Downpour is in full swing here in Milton Keynes and quite a few rumbles of thunder.
