What's it looking like for the Assen TT this weekend?
First time at Moto GP so if you could arrange nice weather it would be much appreciated!
Low 20s and dry, mostly cloudy with some sunshine. Northerly wind though, hence the cloud coming off the North Sea - cool at night!

Could change, as it's only Tues.

It's just misty here in Bexhill. I can't see it storming today frown

Why are they using a pre-1974 counties map? Look at Berks/Oxon.

True - I think they forgot to close the Reading loop at the top!

Met office amber warning for Kent.

This is an overnight 'thing' - kick off is 8pm, with peak expected later during the early morning.

Further risk until Sat morning.

Not just that, it's the full on mental old fashioned borders everywhere - look at Worcestershire and the barmy ones in Scotland! No wonder it all got rationalised.

Incoming, I can hear thunder, looks like a conveyor belt headed at the south east at the moment.

Can still hear thunder but no rain, missing us for now, SE of a line approx. Brighton to Canterbury looks like the zone.

Dark clouds bubbling up nicely to the south-ish of Maidstone, Kent right now.
Feels muggy enough for a good storm! smile

The sky is a strange yellow colour here in Rochester. I don't remember seeing anything quite like it before ! The cats are "jittery" which is normally a good sign that a storm is on the way.

Just outside Herne Bay and also noted the colourful sky... Again cats are going mad.

Nothing to count as a storm yet though!

I'm a few miles due North of Gatwick. Thunder and lightning rolling up from the South, getting better every minute woohoo.

South West London - thunderstorm building here. No rain yet, but frequent thunder & lightning.
