That's got it all, even a vox pop with someone called "Krystal".

New double-barrel surnames
yes

With obligatory-hyphen.
i always thought that this was because the parents were not married. and chardonnay could appear posh
I'd always assumed it was to make sure the father's name appeared on record so the mother could clsim child support. "Council" fathers often do a runner after the conception takes place.

Very council
I prefer that to the kids just running around doing what they like while the parents check Facebook / chat / shoot up or whatever.

Very much so.

Whatever made you think that would be a good idea?

Any Ford with an ST or RS badge.

Every one I have seen this week has been a bell end driving like a total antisocial . Massive revs trough town centres, parking on pavements, cutting people up at roundabouts.

Stereotypes are there for a reason.

From Facebook. Apparently someone has "won" their "fight" against the local council to keep flying their flags.

Y'see I like a flag me. On your royal residence, or your stately 'ome. Or outside a military establishment. Or a posh 'otel even.

But not outside a council 'ouse in Stockton On Tees.

Or teaching children that its not just Mum and Dad that they should listen to, but all elders should be respected?

(I'll concede it can be lazy in circumstances, but kids should know how they're behaviour effects others, and therefore, THEM.)

Rant over.

Its rubbish collection day tomorrow, so the caancil type have chosen tonight to stick their old beds, bookshelves and other tat that I can't decipher, out on the pavement. In the hope that they don't have to get off their lazy butts and dispose of it like us non-council folk.
