I had to report a tenant of mine a few years ago for much the same sort of thing, she had left the property but dirty nappies evwrywhere, barrel locks installed on kids bedroom doors from outside, vodka bottles everywhere and a dead dog in the cellar.

I really hope the kids were taken off her.

Potatoes that are cut, covered in sunflower oil then frozen, so taste different to ones you make yourself.

I used to deal with these types, weekly payments for huge TVs but no carpet and extremely low moral standards.
