just realised I can top my own "dog death" story.

we had a tenant who not only was killed by his dog: but because the dog was locked in the l.room with him, then proceeded to eat him over the next few days until another local drunk/druggie finally realised something might be wrong.

PPI was certainly more of a middle class issue than working class issue, your average council tenant is more likely to use a doorstep lender/money shop rather than a high street bank therefore their exposure to PPI was most certainly lower.
There has been numerous threads on here regarding claiming and success in claiming.
