True, or more generally:

I recently saw a vauxhall (I think all models have already been deemed council) movano with special valve caps fitted. They had motion and light sensitive led's in them which flashed green.

Further intensified when a second van arrived sporting the same valve caps, the two then drove off in the usual white van man fashion.

So virtually all people requiring wheelchair accessible accommodation are 'council'? nono

There are more reasons for ending up needing social housing than you think and a lot of them have nothing to do with the tasteless exercise of choice - which is what 'council' boils down to, right?

Being poor isn't council. Being aspirational certainly isn't.

Many, but not all, Vauxhalls are though.
