I met her in real life a few times, she was a completely delightful lady. Deffo not Council. The coloured hair thing is interesting though. Might it be vanity that's Council?
The previously posted 'detailed' fingernails; 'high maint' hairstyles; artifically tanned skin? Is it the narcissistic tendencies demonstrated by certain social demographics that marks them as (often) rather unpleasant characters?

I own a Rover 75. Are they council now? It does only get used to take the dog for walks and running things to the dump. Does that make my dog council?
What breed is the dog? Where/how did you acquire the dog? Did you select the breed after carefully balancing the dogs' traits with your lifestyle before vetting the breeder and purchasing said dog? Did you decide to visit the local rescue centre and choose the one with the happiest persona or saddest eyes?Or is the dog 90% teeth and you bought it off a bloke in a flat roofed pub for £20 'cos it'll be great with the kids?
Do blokes in flat roofed pubs do working pedigree golden retrievers at all, as I'm looking for a puppy at the moment?

in my view councilists like quick fixes . it is easy to get your hair / nails / makeup done. by shaz who signs on but does a bit of this on the side. keeping fit and eating correctly takes hard(er) work than buying readymade and takeaway foods and sitting on your fat arse stuffing your face full of nasty food watching terrible tv. they must be seriously deluded if they think anybody finds them attractive. unless it is the weed smoking 7 stone scrote who seem to be fond of these heifers .
please any poor spelling etc , i am on very strong medication. i have even been issued with a dole pole so i am council
In Aldi today getting some beers (they have some good ales before anyone starts) and there was a council looking woman pushing a pram with a screaming kid in it round the shop while the other two kids with her ran wild around the place. I had the pleasure of listening to her exchanging pleasantries with another customer after they'd remarked about the child that had been allowed to scream the whole way round the shop.
"Hoo the fk are you callin a brat? Ain't you never had kids or something?"
"I've got two actually but mine are well behaved"
"fkin do one you nosey old cow"

Naming your car. Or referring to it as he/she. Very popular amongst the FB owners club crowd where every green car is called 'Hulk' and every blue one is called 'beast'
And they're always really st.
