My radiator would be boiling over if I’d eased off from many leptons to check to make sure it wasn’t plod then saw that down the side. Probably has it on the back too. *turd.

And a normal hi-viz yellow vest won't achieve the same result without "polite" on back because... ?
And you're arguing the toss from a position of ignorance because?
What's special about the word "Polite" that makes you more visible?
Yeah, he is digging a hole.

The only people who wear "Polite" vests are horse riders and wkers, the latter being bike riders. They always try and justify it but it really is utter balls.
Never worn one and have never, since I passed my test (1989) been t boned.

I'd console myself with the fact that I suffered a minute or two of irritation because of what a saddo stmunching tt he is, whereas he has to spend every moment of his life with aforementioned saddo stmunching tt.

Jesus. Even left the rape harness in, and the carpet pre-laid to roll up the body.
Weak chloroform drink for that one!

In fairness I guess it’s got reasonable ‘hippy camper’ potential etc? That usually adds zeros rather liberally!

Yes, it would be worth £29k if it had a VW badge on the grille and Fuch wheels.

"Duncan Baker, Conservative MP for North Norfolk, said there was a "frustration" they did not have legal powers."

Go join the police, then you'll have your legal powers. Until then, pipe down.

Referred to in the article as Community First Responders, they're no such thing! We're ambulance service volunteers, not police!

He’s quite right.

I’d go further and suggest they should be issued real guns instead of just speed-guns.

Thankfully...

The government said it had no plans to increase the powers of speed watch groups.

And i'm surprised the police are allowed to write to them with any warnings, they used to write to harassment suspects with an initial warning in the hope of stopping their behaviour, but were then made to stop sending the letters..

Their work has resulted in 10,489 warning letters being sent to motorists in the last six months, 17,013 in the last 12 months, according to a report to the Norfolk Police and Crime Panel.

That’s surely a photoshop? The whole thing does look ‘right’,m especially that the ‘Polite’ is 2 die, nsional with no marks where the seams on the van are? Or am I totally wrong and/or need a parrot?

These nasty little worms are exactly the sort of people who enjoyed grassing up their neighbors to the Stasi. I bet they're really missing the feeling of power they got in COVID when there was endless opportunity for boot licking and grassing.
