I will be contravening this closure but only once I have donned full hi visibility outfit, and will rig my Urban Deployment Vehicle with necessary knock-off Chapter 8 markings, some amber lights and a Public Address system to alert the public to my presence.

He's no merkin. Not using words like 'Ally' and 'feck'. What does 'ally' even mean? I must've heard it a billion times while I was in the army, but even then it was only ever used by a select, and very 'cliquey' group. 25 years in, and I still don't know what it bloody-well means!
