Geoff gets his Discovery 300tdi stuck in a puddle, will his winch be enough to pull him to safety before the weekly Park Run joggers need to cross the B2109?
Wayne tries, and fails, to convince Darren that a Frontera can be just as good off-road as a Discovery 300tdi.
Arthur and Bob are deployed at the Bovey Tracey Winter Fete Overflow Car Park and have to put their Discovery 300tdi to the test when an attendee looks like they might get their Vauxhall Astra stuck on the cattle grid... will they be able to respond in time?
And later in the show, Doreen from the Mobile Command Unit has to pull out all the stops when the CB Radio in Paul's Discovery 300tdi stops working - how will she get hold of him to let him know that there are 2 plasters missing from the first aid box?

^ Sounds like cracking idea for a series but as with such shows on Discovery, who would sponsor it? 'Walt Wars, brought to you in association with..........?' Yaesu radios? BF Goodrich? B&M bargains?

Next week on Walt Wars, disaster as a local brides vintage Rolls Royce breaks down on the way to the church, can Dennis find his best high-vis, his non egg stained shirt and get his Land Rover washed before she is late and Geoff has to get creative to warn other motorists of a serious hazard when in a caravans water tank bursts in a layby on the A14, what will he come up with.
Find the answers to this and more on next week’s Walt Wars.
Walt Wars will be on Discovery perhaps, which just means that Channel 5 will make their own low-rent version of it and call it Hi-Vis Heroes.
This will focus on an elite team, not all of whom will be able to utilise a 20 year old Land Rover Discovery 300tdi but who can afford to put a hi-vis jacket on the parcel shelf of their old Peugeot 306 or over the passenger seat in their Mondeo to try and make people think twice about driving stupidly in front of them.
Even without advanced communication solutions such as CB radios, these people, with a hierarchy based on the colour of their hi-vis at any event and a ready supply of clipboards, will know exactly how far it is, in paces, between the Mobile Command Post gazebo and the Beer Tent at any fete, carnival, festival, charity event or sports day.
