Just go round after court and do the following -

Smash his face, hands, elbows, knees and ankles in with a big iron bar. Best make sure you break lots of bones. Lots of time off work.

Ps - dont do the above, just hope that will happen, if you paid a psycho to pop round.

Very much this.

It will all be legal and above board. But I am going to destroy them.
Soov, you do not know me and I don't think we have crossed posts on this forum, so to speak.
However, I very much enjoy your posting style and you are certainly seem an intelligent person and I have no doubt that you will do this the right way and very cleverly.
Please update this thread as you continue, this will be good.

Learn to become a builder

Set up rival local firm

Undercut him by 5%. After say 10 to 15 years his business will be really small. He will be desperate and will sell his business to you and go PAYE in your firm.

Then make him redundant.

I wouldn't do anything before a court case but after (apart from the sausages):

Bring his email down (this can be automated and technically isn't illegal)
Cut his phone off (laughably simple to do)
DDOS his website (again dead simple)

More legalish ways -

Create a website that is very similar and state the facts.
Post bad reviews on every website he is connected to
Follow him and post warning notices wherever he goes

Wait till he goes on holiday.

Phone his bank informing them you are a family member and he has died.

Laugh.

I like that.

Can you photoshop the guy into an elephant hunting picture and stick it on Facebook? Or say he stroked a dog roughly. The zoophiles will hunt him down and ruin his life.

Or worse, just give him slightly less than inflation pay rises. Really drag it out over one or two generations as you whittle away his financial legacy.

I've already called the VAT man and the Inland Revenue to report their cash deals.
If you've done this properly with documented evidence (everything including addresses, vehicle registration numbers etc.) this is a good start but just play it cool until it goes to court (you should know this) - had issues with a bully builder and it didn't end well for him.

Right, do NOT say anymore on here.

We all know what a bullyram is and how you'll use it, with both hands - do NOT incriminate yourself by mentioning it.

Delete your OP. NOW, not tomorrow, not in a bit. DO IT NOW.

DO NOT MENTION A BULLYRAM ON A PUBLIC FORUM.

you're welcome.

I don't know how I can help, but after the very useful advice you gave me when my own elderly mother got ripped off by a cold caller, I am here and willing.

Post a load of wild ideas for elaborate revenge plots on the internet and then never follow through on them.

Any ideas for a photographer who didn't deliver our wedding photos?

Planning to take him to court. Just gathering all my evidence but would love to cause some damage before any potential court hearings!

Some of those other ideas sound really funny!!

I think the best course of action is to tear him a new one. Legally!

Pay a gypsy to put a curse on him.

Send him a really nasty chain letter, like he will get an upset tummy etc.
