Very much this.
It will all be legal and above board. But I am going to destroy them.
Soov, you do not know me and I don't think we have crossed posts on this forum, so to speak. It will all be legal and above board. But I am going to destroy them.
However, I very much enjoy your posting style and you are certainly seem an intelligent person and I have no doubt that you will do this the right way and very cleverly.
Please update this thread as you continue, this will be good.
ET.
I wouldn't do anything before a court case but after (apart from the sausages):
Bring his email down (this can be automated and technically isn't illegal)
Cut his phone off (laughably simple to do)
DDOS his website (again dead simple)
More legalish ways -
Create a website that is very similar and state the facts.
Post bad reviews on every website he is connected to
Follow him and post warning notices wherever he goes

Learn to become a builder
Set up rival local firm
Undercut him by 5%. After say 10 to 15 years his business will be really small. He will be desperate and will sell his business to you and go PAYE in your firm.
Then make him redundant.

Can you photoshop the guy into an elephant hunting picture and stick it on Facebook? Or say he stroked a dog roughly. The zoophiles will hunt him down and ruin his life.

Or worse, just give him slightly less than inflation pay rises. Really drag it out over one or two generations as you whittle away his financial legacy. Set up rival local firm

I've already called the VAT man and the Inland Revenue to report their cash deals.
If you've done this properly with documented evidence (everything including addresses, vehicle registration numbers etc.) this is a good start but just play it cool until it goes to court (you should know this) - had issues with a bully builder and it didn't end well for him.Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
