From the bits I have read, no it seems he has a packed schedule and doesn't really have time to be bored. I'd miss the wife and kids but he does speak / video chat them every day so at least there would be some contact.

Once he's back on earth I suspect his job will be one of PR and paperwork so probably not as good as it is right now.

I doubt he'll look back at his time as an Astronaut and think it was a bit dull.
