I live in a fairly remote location, no mobile signal, no mains water, internet only available by satellite, grow my own fruit & veg, rear chickens for eggs and meat. I've been seriously ill a couple of times and want a nice quiet simple life, what's not going to reduce my stress levels further though is being in a constant state of paranoia about the Muslims / Jews / New World Order / Aliens / whatever is the latest obsession of the American far right. I don't really see why the thread has veered off towards anti-America stuff, there are lots of great things to come out of America and it's a great place to go but like all countries there are some messed up extremists who desire a new world order. And for the most part, it always seems more prevalent in areas where there is less real education and more religious indoctrination such as parts of inland America and the hills of Pakistan. Probably such stupidity can also be linked to inbreeding also as that is a common bedfellow of extremism.

I watched this Focus RS video filmed on the East side of the mountains. I think regardless of what your views on prepping are, the filming of this is very nice. I like it anyway enough to share.

While not being a fan of the focus RS, this has seriously made me reconsider my opinion. I think if Ford had marketed the car as a road going rally car as opposed to a social media whoring, hoonigan watching, monster drinking, drift mode cool fanboy car, it would be taken more seriously.
