I have all bar Aventus. They are all very different, with TF and V&R being most alike. I have grown a bit bored of V&R, although did wear it today. I now tend to wear TF most days, so it's lucky I have two 100ml bottles!

Armani Royal Oud - i bought two bottles as it was a limited edition. Amazing smell that reminds me of the middle east.

Daily - either Issey Miyake original or Eau Sauvage. Have a few Boss varieties as well because they sell the smaller travel friendly bottles. I either like citrus type smells or anything woody.

Heads up: Scent Samples have a 10% discount until the 17th (JAN10).

Any new recommendations before I hit 'order'?

Think I'll stock up although I have a rather large collection now and don't really need anymore. I'll re-read the thread and try a few that come out favourably apart from ones I know I don't like.

So far my thoughts are:

Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille - I have 5 mils and love it. Great stuff.
Tom Ford Ombre Leather 16 - I have 3 mils but easily my favourite. Amazing and although my other half likes it, she prefers TFTV. Not sure whether to grab more of this stuff or not?
Creed Aventus - Really nice and a favourite with the ladies (after Sex Panther) although my best mate wears it and 'er indoors finds it weird when we smell the same.
Spice bomb - Really like this stuff and have full bottles of both the ordinary and the extreme versions.
Givenchy gentlemen only. I've ran out of the ordinary but have a huge bottle of the intense version. A very good daily wear.
John Varvatos. There's a few different bottles but I only like the version I have. A good daily but I have loads.
Tried Creed Irish Tweed and possibly the worst 'expensive' aftershave I've ever sampled. My other half threatened to leave me if I ever wore it.
Tried Dior Sausage and don't get it. It's very ordinary and not very masculine.

OK, so looking at my list, I seem to like the leathery, spicy herb type fragrances.

I have a few, some I use daily others are just special occasion:

Creed Virgin Island Water
Creed Silver Mountain Water
Hermes Terre d' Hermes EDP
Hermes Concentre d'Orange Verte EDT
Dior Homme Intense
Dior Homme Cologne
Eight & Bob Mustique
Jo Malone Oud and Bergamot
YSL L'Homme EDT

I used to have a bottle of Dolce & Gabanna The One as a daily wearer, but I went off of it - smelled it recently and really liked it, must get me another bottle!

Not aftershave as I have a beard, but I wear EDT Hugo Boss 'The Scent' which is nice. Boss Soul too.

Used this for the last couple of days and plenty of positive feedback from the girls at work. I'll consider buying a proper bottle of this. Not exactly cheap!

Will try one of the others tomorrow and see how things get on.

Thoughts...

Spicebomb very zesty, Joop Go-esque. Not bad but not remarkable.
Sausage - smells ok, probably too subtle. I think I got the EDT rather than EDP by mistake, perhaps the latter is a little bolder?

Don't think I'd buy full bottles of either, especially when I have Joop Go already.

I go to a place in Brighton called Eden, they'll make you up a 100ml bottle of any scent you like for the grand sum of £32.
I get creed or Hermes usually, smells exactly the same and lasts forever.
