Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male
Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille

Those are my 2 favourites and the only 2 I own. The Tom Ford only comes out on special occasions though as it's a bit pricey!

Eau Dynamisante by Clarins. Have worn it daily for twenty odd years barring the odd Fahrenheit (Dior) days.

My lady likes Hugo Boss Dark Blue and Armani Diamond Rocks for Men. I liked the Lacoste Red I used to wear too.

A Rose gold Tissot, when the casing started to turn colour the jewellers said it was down to aftershave (possibly), but did replace the casing and all the buttons for free even though it was out of warranty, never put any on since when I wear that watch. Common problem apparently?

It's been like this for the 7.66 years that I've been a member laugh
Ah yes, about 7.66 years ago is when the rot set in. When you have been a member for 15 years you notice things. wink
I was waiting for that laugh

Great to see Basenotes mentioned. I am a huge fragrance collector. As Humans are beyond lucky to be able to enjoy the sense of smell (bad smells exempt). There are fragrances that are just too common and should be avoided. Such as Le Male. Dear god Le Male is everywhere and people wear far far too much of it. Saying that, I love Kouros which is a love hate for many. Creed is good stuff. Dior private line.

daily/work - Green Irish Tweed
weekend - Vetiver
summer - Virgin Island Water
random - Santal, Erolfa (although scent doesn't seem to last long)

My daily during winter was Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, but I've swapped over now to the more summery stuff - things like Creed Green Irish Tweed and Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey.

I mix this up with a few others which are pretty season-neutral, like Tom Ford Plum Japonais and Dior Homme Parfum.

If I were to choose a favourite, it'd probably be Dior Homme Parfum - it's a very uncommon smell, and lasts all day long without any challenge.

Terre de Hermes and Voyage de Hermes are favourites, as well as Pampalmouse Rose by Hermes too.

We actually sell one at work however and that's pretty nice too, in fact the one thing I'd say it has massively in it's favour is when it came out, every single one of the girls at work bought it for their partners.

Noir by Germaine de Capuccini. I like it I must say, plus they only make it in eau de perfum so it at least lasts all day

There was a thread on here a while back and quite a few people were buying small sample bottles from a website.

Can anyone remember the website in question?
