Does anyone know how I can go about finding the "road test" data (the big data sheets they produce with acceleration / braking / power delivery etc) for a specific car?

Has anyone had any luck finding this?

Anything really, but for example my car (see profile) - do you have a source?

Autocar, as in the magazine, will only have test data on the cars they've tested, or am I missing the point entirely?

They only have the test/tech data on the cars they have tested in full, as far as I'm aware it's only in the magazines as well not on the website.

Some of the US websites (R & T) have their full test data to download but depends on the car you want to research.

best way to find what cars were roadtested is to get an old Autocar from that era - off Ebay for example.
That will have the basic road test data listed at the back.
Take the date from that info and then go back to Ebay and try and find that exact copy which will have full data.

Alternatively search the owner forums for that particular make/model. Somebody might have scanned and uploaded the full road test.

I'm looking at a 2012 Autocar now and the only Mondeo listed is the 2.0TDCi 4dr saloon tested on 13.06.07.

They never did the full test on the ST220 if that's the one you're after

They did put the 2.5 V6 in the same shell through the test and also the later ST 2.2 diesel as well so you'll probably get a lot of the stats from those tests with regard to dimensions etc.

They also did an introductory cut down test with the Vectra GsI V6 that had some performance figures and then again some 4 years after - this time with the Vectra VXR and Mazda MPS

TOP GEAR mag also performance tested it with the Vectra V6, Accord Type R and MG ZT 190.

EVO ( John Barker ) ran a black one as a long-termer for about a year as well.

They've also featured in different mags Handling Day articles
