Annoyingly I can only find one charger! I've listed them on eBay together. Fixed price £150 or make an offer. Will see what happens. They don't owe me anything so I'm not that fussed but we'll see what happens. The ihp-120 in particular is in mint condition, it really is. The 140 has seen an awful lot of use and is far more scrappy.... That's running rockbox and a 60gb drive.
I would imagine you could get £150 for the mint ihp-120 already. That is not a bad price for the both, plus the remote.Finlandia said:

A quick root around in the chest of drawers - and all in working order!
An iRiver iHP-120 - more capable than the equivalent iPod of the same era.
A Seiko MC-2200 Pocket Computer with printer and microcassette recorder - an Epson clone.
A Canon Canonet QL17 G-III 35mm rangefinder.
A Commodore Business Machines SR 7919 - my first calculator, still capable of spelling 'hello'
How time flies....!
Awesome collection but .......... come on, LED calculator crying out for 55378008An iRiver iHP-120 - more capable than the equivalent iPod of the same era.

There's a great post over on Digital Antiquarian about copy protection and it's evolution, if you're interested. It does get quite geeky

Could do with your advice Finlandia - someone has offered "45 for the H120 with the case but without the charger or remote (so I could sell the H140 separately..... 8s that too little? What do you think?
£45 seems a little low, the prices can't have plummeted that much as they were going for silly money just over a year ago still. Then again, maybe you can get around the £100 mark for both, sold separately, so still not bad. Try checking recently sold ones and see what they have gone for, then consider the near perfect condition of the 120.

I'll wait and see if he gets back to me.
Many thanks

Didn't you say that you were just going to bin it before? £45 seems quite a good deal for something you were happy to get rid off for nothing.
Yes, I guess that's one way of looking at it. But that doesn't mean I shouldn't hold out for more if I can get it....no?May get back and see if he'd accept £57 + £3 postage....

I'd guess if his opening gambit was £45 you'd probably get £60.
