Something of a first, a BBC3 comedy that's actually quite funny. smile

This starts showing on BBC2 tonight at 10.00.

Really good little series.

I think we're up to episode 5 on Beeb 3 at the moment, still enjoying it. Her character is very similar to the one she played in Crashing.

This is very odd indeed.

Surely this is just a dirty version of Miranda?

Watched the first one last night on BBC2, actually quite amusing and entertaining.
Hopefully it'll deliver in future episodes?

Really enjoyed the 1st episode,

never seen Miranda, however this reminded me of the middle class version of Chewing Gum, (If you haven't seen it and you like this I would seek it out on the 4od player)

That was a surprise.. there was a 6th episode. I thought the 5th (dad's party) was the last.

Yes - very much a 'Dark Miranda'... but really enjoyed it.

And far less funny. And who the hell shags with their bra on all the time.

Absolutely brilliant - funny and moving in places. Ended up watching the whole series in one sitting.

Did the same at the weekend, and it was great. Nothing to watch on Saturday night so off to the iPlayer I went, 6 episodes later... hehe

I watched half an episode on iPlayer and gave up. But I'm really pleased I gave it a second chance when it came on TV and now I love it. In the second episode, the toast/masturbation scene and the Psycho/shower scene were both ace. I'm nuts about the lead actress and her on/off boyfriend who was also good in the BBC series W1A.

And the lead actress is also the writer. Clever.

Question, what did the fat bloke cough to her as he walked past in ep2?

IIRC it was "Walk of Shame"
