Cure for stopped odometer...
Discussion
I bought my car about 4 months ago, since when the odometer has been a bit unreliable - it generally worked for the first miles of a journey and then stopped. Two weeks ago, I went to the 20th anniversary day at Millbrook and, when leaving, went over the speed bump a fraction too fast and kissed the bump as the rear wheel came off it. Since then the odometer has worked perfectly!

Ukkid35 aka Paul does the sensors but I doubt it would be the sensor if the speedo was working, more likely to be the speedo itself they have a habit of this type of issue.
Absolutely right - Speedo and Odo work off the sensor at the diff, so if the Speedo is working then there is a mechanical issue with the Odo - this usually happens at x9,999 miles.Gassing Station | Cerbera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
