Amazon prime delivery-used twice let down twice

FFS, Amazon Logistics 'tried' to deliver at 1.26pm but nobody available 
Not proud of the rant I am dishing out on Chat at the moment but this is the SIXTH delivery in as many weeks & I am truly sick of it now.
They've raised their game, £10.00 credit or yet another months extension - I'll take the credit thanks - you can stick Prime up your arse.
Went to use the £10 credit today, had email confirmation it had been applied to my account, place an order & no £10 credit.
Yet another online chat with them, luckily I'm desk bound & can get on with other things at the same time.
On the upside, my new North Face sleeping bag is now a great bargain!
