Can't claim originality there I'm afraid, I think it was from Ben Goldacre.
I don't care. Along with Keith Vaz, it's brightened up my day.

Lyall Watson; like most of the other stuff it's interesting, just so long as you take scepticism along for the journey.

look for a book by Dr Judy Wood,

I think it's called "where did the towers go"

She's also highly credible and offers detailed alternate versions of what could of happened.

If you're into this stuff it's a must read.
From the (only) 2 star review, all others are 5:

"Some interesting ideas and observations in this book but any book that announces itself as "perhaps the most important book of the 21st Century" does make me wonder whether it is not perhaps a little overblown. A great deal is presented as "FACT" that may or may not be facts and what can easily be accepted as facts may have implications rather different to those implied here. I hope the authors interpretation of the " FACTS " doesn't cause too much distress to the relatives of those that died that morning."

I heard a new conspiracy the other day - couldnt believe what I was hearing....

Basically, it goes along the line that Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram are all funded by the CIA and NSA in an effort to capture information and data about everyone in the world. Facebook is the big one though, seems that the conspiracy is such that there was some shadowy group in Washington decided that Zuckerberg would be the figure head and he would claim he invented it all - but in reality it was all some mass surveillance system....

Hahahaha - the person who told me really believed it!

Someone's watched the new Jason Bourne movie, perhaps?

Yeah, hurricane powered death rays took them down.....

Never ever credible. When the word "credible" was invented, they said someone like Wood should never ever be let near that word.

Besides, I think scherzkeks is trolling you all. The clue is in the name.

scherz - search
keks - World of Warcraft slang for lol/lols.

Search-lols. Searching for lols. Clear as a bell.

Not at all. Pointing out fact is actually more amusing than
trolling around here.

I have yet to see you post a single independently verifiable fact. I have seen you post a vast amount of speculation and hearsay with absolutely zero basis in fact.

I wouldn't call conspiracy theorists "loons". Labelling them conspiracy theorists is simply a way for us to dismiss them. On the contrary, you could say they question the basics which many of us take for granted through third rate reporters.

Look at ISIS. What intelligence do our journalists actually have on this war? How are they describing the narrative - the blind leading the blind?

There is something to be said of critical thinking. You have to concede, most of the population are controlled lemmings and don't have a thought of their own-- perfect for government to control as they please. It's 'manufactured consent', as Noam Chomsky would call it

I will for this subject.

A passing interest for a few years, and there are plenty that fit that monicker. There might be a few that are a bit lazy and some for the peer pressure or wanting to be part of the group but there are some serious woo loons, they don't question the basics, they take the facts and try to hammer it into what agenda they want. Usually the gubbmint wot dun it.

The name predates the internet by a long, long way, but it is equivalent to troll.

I'd better add that in German it doesn't mean search, but hoaxer or joker. It's also mildly amusing because Keks are a kind of buttery biscuit.

History channel? That will be full of facts then, not necessarily from the real world.

They don't keep a QRA like in the UK - the only jets that had fuel and a hope of reaching anything were without weapons and to arm them would take an hour - they were sent up with the pilots fully aware they might have to shoot down the airlines by flying into them, so its not as unreasonable as it initially sounds.

They were quickly followed by fully armed planes.

Not sure if this has been posted before, but it looks like it was a nuke guys:

http://www.911thology.com/nexus1.html

Better get your hazmat suit on next time you head to the US, wouldn't want to risk any radiation poisoning.

I am now going to try and read up on building demolition by pre-planted nukes as it sounds quite interesting. I always fancied going into demolitions.
