Cosmetic Contract Manufacturing

Anyone got a suggestion for a decent small batch contract manufacturer to do a run of a product we want to try out. Spoke to a few but im worried some are making the stuff in the bath!

Surely the easiest way around that is to visit some and see what their 'production facilities' are like?
