Sitting in my living room listening to a 12" Club Mix of Bros' 'When Will I be Famous'. Admittedly, I'm enjoying it but I'm trying hard to keep the volume down just in case the neighbours get wind of the fact I'm listening to Bros...
Volume down, curtains drawn, lights dim, answerphone on eh?If you don't hand over a fiver we'll direct them to this publicly viewable forum. Then you'll be famous too.

The plastic is black and shows really badly through grey and the other pale colours but bizarrely they even painted the black interior cars so even those can be scruffy.
Ask your friends if they have dropped the under wing shields and had a bit of hose out. Compost in there.
There's is like that, really spoils it.Ask your friends if they have dropped the under wing shields and had a bit of hose out. Compost in there.
No way will they have done anything like removing wing shields. Il,tell them to get it looked at.
It has one litttle rust spot on the join of the roof & rear window & has always been garaged.

There's a company on the Isle of Wight who can refurbish SLK interiors in situ. It's about £600 and they seem to do a good job judging by the reviews. They don't travel though; you have to go to them. So you get on a ferry and travel back to the nineteen fifties. Well, the nineteen fifties with 21st Century prices.
Just read your SLK rust traps thread DC.
WTF is wrong with car salesmen ?.....so many ranting threads about how useless they are.
ION.....ABBA are reforming after 30 years and Janet Jackson is 50yo and pregnant for the first time....
The place I bought my Fiat isn't really a dealer as such and doesn't need or have sales people, when I first looked at it the owner
took me to the "showroom" ,and it was handed over by just one of the workshop blokes.

Woke up to the news of Audi quitting WEC/Le-mans after this year
Thus ends the golden age of LMP1 before it really began, and as someone with a dislike for Porsche, and who got into WEC/LM through Audi, this is like Ferrari and Mclaren leaving F1...
It'll open it up to others so no bad thing....Thus ends the golden age of LMP1 before it really began, and as someone with a dislike for Porsche, and who got into WEC/LM through Audi, this is like Ferrari and Mclaren leaving F1...

Opening up LMP1 is a budget matter, not an Audi matterEither the FIA/ACO take hard and swift action to get Peugeot and others interested QUICKLY (and then there is the privateer class, which is pretty much dead already, despite FIA/ACO claiming they are targeting a 2018 resurgence of privateers), LMP1 will get pretty barren
I hope they get things under control, but its not hard to be a bit pessimistic.
