Tell us something really trivial about your life (Vol 28)
Discussion
Just seen the best example of dodgy Chinese student fashion ever. Not content with having a jacket with random English words written on it, this person's attire one-upped the game. It was festooned with randomly placed and angled patches with the logos of classic bike manufacturers on them. Except that the weren't the correct logos - BSA was "USA", Triumph was "Traveller", and Vincent was "Space Age"
Riding home on my road I noticed a vectra-c parked up with someone inside, window open and idling their diesel engine. on approaching it from the rear I noticed that it had some random small red and white lights that were flashing on either side of the rear light cluster both top and bottom, in a similar manner to planes but at a much faster rate. all of the rest of the normal lights on the car were not on. I did look inside at the driver as I rode by wondering perhaps they could be undercover plod but it was too dark to notice anything.
very strange.

Well, my nephew had a BMW 3 Series a while back that had non standard rear light clusters. It was possible on that to activate some kind of 'parking light' mode which caused a strobe effect on either the N/S or O/S lights which was similar to what you describe?very strange.

If you insist. Could you ask the barman if there's any of the Henri IV Dudognon left? Tell him I don't mind the dregs.
No Henri IV left I'm afraid Dicky, the WI polished the lot off following the mince pie unveiling. The Dregs have gone too, been chased out by Penrose. He's never cared much for foreigners. We're just uncorking a keg of Absinthe de la Mortal. Care to join us?
