Have I missed much?

Been away for a while. Non-trivial stuff happened which I won't bother you with here. Not the place for it.

However in a Trivial News Update I have bought a new work mug...

And a caravan...getmecoat

Apart from a couple of people 'coming out of the closet' there's nothing happened at all here for a long time.

We're just treading water until the next volume when all hell breaks loose.

I do like Vroom's new mug, sums it all up quite nicely. I think we should all have one.

I have to admit, I got quite giddy when I saw it on the shelf in Twasda (as in "I'm going Twasda. You want anything?). It is the perfect work mug, as it is over-size and basically says: "P*ss off and stop bothering me" biggrin

An old boy in a busy engineering design office years ago had a sign above his desk that read, "You're talking to me now."

Similar sort of thing.

I caught a few minutes of Countdown today.

Rachel Riley......ooof....I'm sure she was told to tone it down a bit as revealing too much flesh

was dodgy for the old geezers on an afternoon.

Today she had black jumper, black leather skirt ,black leggings or summat.....oof again.

She could look good in an orange kagool.

Randle and Marcus? A detective duo series where one was a ghost detective and the original series was better than the remake?

No,it's Jem's second cousin, made the tea for the bloke that styled the beauty that was the Mantis.

Apparently he spilt it on the finished drawing one morning and the rest is history.

Perhaps he's been knocked off his pushbike?

Used to like a bit of Radio 2. Since Evans cocked up Top Gear it tainted the whole thing and I haven't tuned in since! Radio X for me from now on.

Cant stand that man
I would rather listen to static than him the smug, over bearing supercilious tt.

Bizarre really when I think his brother is great, a really funny man

There's someone on the "Not going out" thread, which Tim used to be in,who can't stand him.

I'm with you ,Tim is the funniest man on tv with his one liners.
