Anyhoo.

Been invited to a surprise birthday for a mate, idea I have for a present is a pic of a rally version

of his car that I took in period.

He's probably got a mug already with his actual car on it but he won't have one with a pic I took

in y2000.

Whilst searching my old prints ,I also found some British GT pics from BITD ,featuring Vipers and the

old TVRs entered too.

Will post when I have some phone battery.

Morning all. Back from Norfolk now, all very nice.

They certainly know how to do rain there. Properly wet it is, wetter than it is here it seems. Probably not as wet as the Lake District though. Put it this way, my car was wet when we left Martham and it's still wet now. Beat that.

Didn't notice any shells being fired in the direction of London? How was HMS Norfolk?

HMS Norfolk somewhat cumbersome on the Broads, the odd bridge or two we had problems with should be fairly straightforward repair jobs though.

Negligent Discharge? Not us old chap... whistle

Did you try the mountaineering while you were there?

We did have half a day at it. Unfortunately it fell a bit flat.

I tried a white Toblerone for the first time today. It was ok, it reminded me of Christmas '92. I prefer the brown Toblerones.

Just had to shoehorn my car into a bay at Newcastle central station and could only get out by climbing through the car and out the boot ... it was the last bay free where there wasn't a car on either side parked over the lines! Retards!

Well that's today's athletics done ... onto dirty Greggs for lunch!

Give Greg my regards. Does he still have that 'magazine' shop and a rubbish strewn back entrance?

Indeed ... even rats nibbling at the back door now, it's not a pretty sight although in fairness I have the misfortune of smelling worse sights

There was always a lot of scurrying away from the back door. Usually in a hurry to get back on the street to blend in.

Ahem. Apparently.

There seems to be much disquiet about Discovery and Eurosport coming off Sky tv.

This is why I will never pay extra for more channels, more and more ££££££ and less and less channels.

Freeview is sufficient.....scratchchin

Was better when Motors was free.
