Today I got tickets to see Alison Moyet in concert at Warwick Arts Centre in November; this makes me happy
I would have preferred the Symphony Hall show but that's on a school night and Warwick is on a Friday so Princess Senior can come home from Uni (depending on where she goes, no firm choice yet, only the reserve and if she gets the grades etc). Waiting for her to make her blimmin' mind up is frustrating but I am steering well clear as I know who will catch for it if I make my preference clear and she ends up unhappy there
So I'll say it here, LOUGHBOROUGH OK?

Haven't located the intruder in the loft yet but we can still hear it. I'll let the old dog up there for a bit, see if it'll scare the bugger away. If not, I suppose I'll need to get some traps set up. Bloody nuisance
Where's Penrose? fking Pelican, bound to have something to do with it!ION I'm currently on board Woolwich Ferry!
I saw a Quasar today And a Triumph Hurricane This was followed by a delightful Cream Tea, We chose the Chrysler Breakfast tea which was very appropriate Being a Viper owner and I had my dog Dodge at my side, it was while drinking the Tea that out of nowhere a Chrysler PT Cruiser also Drove past......SPOOKY!
Been busy here.
yesterday I cleaned all our patio (quite a big area) as it had all gone green and mucky, today I went and did my charitable bit buy going to pick up for the local junk food project which takes the slightly out of date but still usable food from some local supermarkets and lets people have it, not a foodbank more of a using things that would have gone into landfill.
Then we went to support the local retired greyhound trust at an event at Kirkstall abbey.
I have a nice meal to cook for the mrs later too.
