Snowing hard in central Manchester. Sunny too.
Due out on the bike later. Not sure yet though whether I need to take the old hybrid with mudguards or the new road bike without.

Supposed to have had snow here (Lincolnshire) last night, but nothing materialised. We are forecast some very light rain at 18:00, but its a bit cool and sunny now.
It's April Showers type weather - very hit and miss.

Indeed. I've just checked the NW rain radar and it looks like bits and bobs are heading this way. Not sure whether or not any will fall here though.

Currently watching a winter storm blow through. Due to finish about 6p.m. Saturday and drop anywhere between 0 and 15". Unlikely to get the 15", but there's a good 3" or so far. Could be interesting.

Flew from Kiev to Munich yesterday morning. Thu eve I was sat on a terrace in Kiev at 10pm and it was still 19C. Arrived in Munich yesterday morning and the airport vehicles all had Christmas cake topping roofs!

So far, with ~9 hours left, 'a fair bit'.

After the 8" we got on Saturday (fnarr fnarr), I rather thought we were done for the year, and was enjoying today's rain....wait, are those snowflakes? Yes. No chance of it settling, though.

This is May, and it'll be 27c on Friday....

Still not done! Could get up to a foot of it by the end of Friday.

Snowing here, although it doesn't look like it will settle.

A 5 month break, and we're off again.

Tyres were down to the marks so I went out and got a set of Continental DWS fitted on Friday. This had the expected effect of reducing the snowfall from a predicted 6" everywhere to ~1-4 on grass only. Several hours of it left.

I've not seen a new thread?

Can we have a new rule which says that when you post "it's snowing here" you need to add a location. Otherwise I don't know whether I need to stock up on essentials and order a snow plough, or whether you live inside the Arctic circle!

I live inside the arctic circle. There was new snow on the mountains yesterday.
