My wife used to work with a woman who was 52. Took care of herself. Wouldn't think she was 52, maybe early 40s.
She used to meet lads as young as 20 every so often.
I don't think you want to be growing old with someone who is 26 years older than you, especially as you are 23 but too right enjoy yourself.

OP, She does sound she has a case of the mental about her, She wants more from someone else, doesnt get it and moves on to you (as you gave her the companionship she wanted) if you are both happy then carry on, tell the other guy but be prepared for the consequences: kicked from the 'group' a but of abuse if hes not mature about it.
I honestly dont see this relationship lasting, but your 23, youve nothing to loose (unless she is shagging other guys and you catch something!- wear a cap)

Ever since I left school and started work I enjoyed the pleasure of a number of older work colleagues at various jobs I had, most fun was at 23 with a 46 year old. I say enjoy it while it lasts.
I was also even luckier at 41 when I got divorced to be comforted by a work colleague at the time that was 23.
So I've done the plus 23 years and the minus 18 years.
