Way back in my youth I was lucky enough to meet him and share track time with him. We were told by during our briefing that an old fella was out on track with us on his equally old motorbike (MV).
I was out doing my thing when I was passed by him, he looked back and sort of pointed to the back of his bike, he slowed the pace and I followed him for 4 of 5 laps before he pulled in.
He called into the garage as he was passing later and commented that I was brave but needed to be smoother. We chatted for 10 minutes or so, shook hands and that was the last time I saw him

Rock 'n' roll pioneer Chuck Berry has died, the St. Charles County Police Department has confirmed.
He passed away at the age of 90 on Saturday (March 18), according to a post on the police department's Facebook page.
"The family requests privacy during this time of bereavement," the police department wrote.

Very sad, but good innings at 90, one of the best live performers I have seen
