I'd suspect the higher up the food chain, the more subtle the arrangements get. Those that are truly high class aren't about to turn up on a documentary or a cheap website quoting their hourly rate.

Not watched the documentary, but just the 'intro photo' shows a bird covered in nasty chavvy tattoos.

That sure aint high class - and as you rightly say, anyone that genuinely is certainly isn't going to be cropping up on some Channel 4 documentary.

There does seem to be this impression that all 'high class' takes is adding the two words 'high class' (and maybe charging a bit more).
