Who are you to judge that a woman who's prepared to take money for company and/or sexual favours cannot be 'high class'?
What about a barrister selling her knowledge and intellect, a doctor selling her skills and experience, are they 'not high class' too?

Yes, but I'd imagine the "standing next to him looking pretty" to sex ratio is about 10 to 1. Most of the clients will rent the girls for the weekend and during the day they'll do touristy things - helicopter rides, lunch at the Café de Paris etc, then go to some supposedly classy party in the evening, then once they're back home they'll obviously have sex, and probably very kinky sex at that where all of the client's fantasies are fulfilled.I believe a weekend's rental can cost well above €10k so I'm not sure it's worth it personally, but most of these guys have enough money that they really don't care.
