Psychiatrist told me to get a dog.

I saved up nearly £1300 in 5 momths and ended up with my best friend...He's a Doberman.

I stopped smoking and taking smack in 9 weeks.

Not bad after 13/14 years of addiction.

The most expensive but best prescription amd advice I've ever had.
Could you have achieved it with a stray from Battersea Dogs Home*?

  • Other stray animal centres are available.
Yes, and that was the first idea.
But nowhere wanted to know as I live in a flat and I quote "don't have an enclosed garden".

It was the flat bit that sank all 3 rescue places. I had to go pedigree and even then it wasn't easy.
Especially as I'm open and honest about my past life.

Regardless the 45kg of idiot muscle I got as a real and true friend was clearly destined to be. I can't type or convey properly what he means and had done for me.

My mate gave me some career advice along the lines of don't do more than you have to as it will go unnoticed, just do the minimum and do it well. Also said "Baz just play the fking game" when I was refusing to play ball with higher management. It woke me up to how management works in companies.
