Just had a close encounter with a goose in the road. Result is 1 ex-goose sadly, and a slightly damaged bumper with the tow hook cover missing and the lower grille and right hand side air scoop damaged. The car is a 2012 E92 320d sport plus coupe in Le Mans blue.

Any suggestions for reasonably priced parts suppliers are much appreciated. A quick eBay search hasn't turned up much so far. Thanks!!!

Parts Gateway or see if a decent bodyshop can repair the bumper and get the ancillaries from a dealership?

Try Quarry motors or another of the specialist BMW breakers.

E9x Msport bumpers are like hens teeth.
They are a popular upgrade for non msport cars so are difficult to find at a reasonable price.
I only know because I damaged mine last year (not too badly) so I have been keeping an eye out in all the obvious places for 12 months frown

Do you have any names in mind for the breakers? I know a local body shop so I'll give them a ring in the morning

I have used Quarry in the past and had good service, I have not tried any other BMW specialists.

24/7, breaker yard, parts gateway etc gives variable results, from outright liars to superb, you can usually tell the dodgy ones when you phone up, I will never buy body panels again without a picture or better collecting personally.

One guys "a couple of stone chips" might mean it was recently removed from a stock car racer.

If you are looking for a specific colour part then you must ask six or seven times to confirm it is the colour you need, breakers can be selectively colour blind if it gets a sale.

Be sure you know what you want, part numbers, paint codes, vin numbers etc, some breakers will send anything out, hoping you won't bother to return an incorrect part.

Thanks I've tried quarry but they didn't have anything so I ended up paying £20 for a new one and I'll paint it myself. One of he air scoops looks broken too but that is a bumper off job and I don't know if I can be arsed to do that really. You can't really notice it unless you look for it!
