double glazed window panes

Is it a diy job to change a pane of glass in a upvc window? Any recommendations for suppliers to the public in Kent?

I've got 5 windows on one side of my conservatory that look straight onto a horrible fence, currently got some film on the glass which was perfect when first done but the last two years of heat have caused it to wrinkle. I was thinking of replacing the glass with obscured panes like in a bathroom. The other option is blinds,but they'll block light out.

If you can get the beads out it is a diy job, but the replacement units need to be a very close match for the existing and standard thicknesses go up every couple of years to match thermal regs.

Replace the fence? Paint the fence? (We do ours dark green.....seem to blend into the background better...)
