Sorry Puggit what does the chart mean? For the south east?

My engagement party depends on your wisdom!
As things look now, good weather. The detail is not yet decided, so we can't rule out drizzle or a cool wind (depending on positioning of the high) - but the chances of an autumnal washout are currently low. thumbup

I'll do a daily update as we approach the w/e.

Felt very autumnal on the way into work this morning. The week off didn't help, but it was foggy, too!

Signs are generally positive, but there's an awful lot of ifs and buts. The b/h weekend now looks less optimistic than yesterday - should be dry in the south, but the north could see spells of rain. Very average - which is better than most of August.

Any idea on the following weekend - Bournemouth Air Show?

Sounds strange but the air felt different this morning, much fresher and cooler than the past few weeks - signs of a change?

Proper topsy turvy weather down here today - cool and cloudy this morning, hot and balmy this afternoon. Must have been a temperature difference of at least 5 degrees or more. Took this photo a few minutes ago - real weird cloud formation crossing the bay. Feels like the med biggrin

Just had a bright flash of lightening & a loud clap of thunder in Camberley. Not surprised - it's been really muggy today.

Same, Deepcut.. Then a big downpour for a minute, and gone.
