I've just ordered myself the 2024 release of Kikchoman Loch Gorm, it's not cheap at £79.95.

Earlier today i had my seasonal booster vaccine* and got to witness two crusty old codgers fighting over who got to go in to the clinic first.
I'm not exagerating, there were proper fisticuffs involved here, one looks like he will have a right shiner tomorrow and the other if his nose isn't broken, it's properly swollen. Cops had been called the whole lot

This world is broken

* number 8 and yes i know everyone says Covid has gone but has it? After my experiences with it, i won't chance it.

You already have all their albums but paid £80 for a 'Best Of'?

I've just watched the first episode of "This Town"

Very entertaining, as is this little video of someone cutting down a tree in awkward circumstances

I really enjoyed This Town. But a drama based on a group of tee shirt and offbeat vintage car aficionados who live together in a semi-derelict WW2 RAF Station four miles from the village that bears the same name, but who are otherwise harmless, was always going to be entertaining. The Vera Lyn/Velvet Underground/Siouxsie and the Banshees soundtrack is also excellent..

Happy Friday, all.

A relatively meeting free day today so I might just get on with doing my annual HMRC pension contributions adjustment claim. No point giving the buggers an interest free loan for longer than necessary, is there?

Although dealing with them always brings on a bad dose of neuralgia. I really don’t mind paying tax - price of living in a more or less civilised society etc - but why do they have to make everything so hard?

Anyway, have a good ‘un and good luck with your father, Bobbers.

Morning all, quick shower, off to the local bakery for croissants etc, then picking up everyone and we're off to see some tulips in amsterdam

I think we know a song about that

I like the t-shirt, Bobbers smile

I have to go to the office today, so have got up early to nab the only 7 kW charger. If someone beats me to it I’ll be miffed!

18 holes beckon at midday. Not sure I’ll make it as I’ve got lots of aches and pains.

The local planning authority wouldn't allow Battert to excavate far enough to completely conceal the missile silo. Consequently, it sticks out a bit.

eek 18 holes? You'll look like a bloody colander!

You really should stay well clear of the range when live firing exercises are under way!
