@GetCarter this popped up on a guardian article, and I thought “I recognise the shape of that mountain”, is this near you?

I wouldn’t mind one of these…

Yep... just down the road. Before the pandemic this would have been offers over £250k. Since then it's gone completely mad up here. Place next to me just sold for £425k and it was bought 7 years ago for £180k

Maybe. Long range says possibility of some unsettled returning and temps possibly above, possibly below average. Think the proper cold is behind us at least.

Not here in East Lothian it isn't. 12 degrees and very grey.

A beautiful sunny morning here on Deeside. 20 degs, T-shirt and shorts bike ride.

Got back and had the most almighty torrential rain, overwhelming our gutters again, almost forcing them off their brackets. That was a bit exciting.

Perfect weather in the hills of south wales this morning. Continually rain all afternoon though.

According to the local weather stats website 2024 has had more rain than 3 entire years from the last 19 and we’re only at the start of May!

Flooded garden (yet again) near Gatwick. A truly dismal day.

It's been a nice day in Warwick. Lay in the hammock this morning trying to get rid of the hangover from last nights BBQ.
It's cloudy but pleasant now. Clouds moving from the north to south at a fair pace but it's stayed dry considering the forecast said today would be rain all day.

It's just crap isn't it!
The occasional warmth if you find a sheltered spot, but otherwise a cold breeze and rain. I wonder if we'll get any decent weather this year?
So much for global warming rofl

I've had to put the lights on its so dark and miserable. Forecast said drizzle. It's pissed it down all day.

It's also not exactly warm and it's a couple of degrees off needing the sodding heating on again.

nono

We've moved on, silly. It's now 'Climate Chaos'.

Anyhoo, against app predictions, NE Suffolk has remained sunny and dry. However, with a northerly breeze it's not quite as warm as one would hope.

Yep me too. Ridiculously heavy at times. Classic bank holiday

Getting real sick of the ‘oh my god it’s sunny quick get outside’ because it only lasts an hour at a time.
